Types of Work Visas for Japan

If you plan to stay in Japan for more than 90 days, or if you plan to work in Japan, you will need a working visa. There are several types of working visa available in Japan. All types of visas are valid for either 1 or 3 years. The Japanese government makes the final decision on the length of your stay.
